Most recently, Caroline serves as Professor at IFM Business School and ESM Genève, teaching AI Strategy, Leadership and Management, and instructs the full module for the Brevet Fédéral AI Business Specialist certification.
Before her academic and advisory career, she was President and CEO of Swatch Group USA, leading 17 divisions and 1,000 employees.
She advises start-ups and scale-ups and serves on several boards of directors.
